For San Antonio home-service owners · One pro per trade, per territory

When they call us, we call you.

The front of this site tells high-income San Antonio homeowners we already found their pro. A territory partnership makes that pro you. One company per trade holds each of our named territories — from Boerne to New Braunfels — with a concierge answering the calls and a heavy card landing in mailboxes every month. Your competitors don't get a smaller slot. They get nothing.

What most owner-operators tell us

The franchise down the street has a marketing department. I have a truck and a phone.

Why the usual channels feel like a treadmill

Your best customers aren't looking for you yet.

On Angi, your lead is also your three competitors' lead — their business model is your competition. On Google, you rent clicks in an auction that resets every morning, against whoever bid a dollar more. Both stop the moment you stop paying, and neither ever made a homeowner think of you before the emergency. We built the opposite: a named territory, held by one company per trade, fed by a concierge homeowners actually call and a card that stays on the fridge until the day they need you.

$8+
Average Google CPC for home-service keywords
4+

Zero

Digital is crowded. The mailbox isn't. And a routed job beats a raced lead every time.

How the network works

One call. One pro. That pro is you.

1

The card lands.

Every month, a heavy 6.5×11 card reaches every screened, owner-occupied home in your territory — thousands per territory, counted from the list, not estimated. Your trade. Your name. No competitor anywhere on it.

2

The concierge answers.

Homeowners chat on the site or call the 210 line. Two minutes of questions, like a good dispatcher would ask — before any pro's time is spent.

3

We call you. Only you.

Every qualified job in your trade, in your territory, offered to you first — always. Tracked number, dynamic QR, and a monthly booked-job count, so you're never guessing what we sent.

The territories

Our territories. One roofer in each.

Same card, different houses. Territories were drawn the way your trucks already roll — contiguous drive-sheds with names your customers use, not ad zones — and they are not interchangeable: thousands of screened, owner-occupied homes each, with different ages, lots, and jobs behind the doors. Every card below shows the same six facts and its rate band. Pick the territory whose houses need what you sell.

All screened, owner-occupied homes across the network — screened address by address, never blanketed route by route.

What a Territory Partner holds

Not an ad buy. A holding.

The only seat for your trade

One company per trade, per territory. When a Stone Oak homeowner asks for what you do, there is no bidding, no shared lead, no race to the phone. There's you.

Every monthly mailing, handled

We design the card, build the list, print heavy 14pt UV-gloss, and mail it — every month, to every home in your territory.

Every qualified job, first

The concierge routes each job in your trade and territory to you before anyone else, usually within minutes of the homeowner's call.

Proof, not impressions

Dedicated tracking number, dynamic QR, and a monthly statement of calls and booked jobs. You'll know exactly what this returns — so will we.

Partnership rates

Most pros serve a side of town, not a neighborhood — Territory Partner exists because that's how your business already works.

Every tier's booked-job floor begins the first full calendar month after your territory's first card mails. Concierge routing goes live in week 3 — the floor waits for the card.

One company, one holding — a territory, a side of town, or the metro. Nobody stacks them. And Metro costs more than the territories would one at a time, on purpose: taking the entire map off the market for your trade is worth more than the sum of its parts.

There's one tier we don't list: the card's largest ad slot, held in every territory at once. If you want to be the biggest name on every card we mail, that conversation starts with an application.

Trade not on the current card? Hold the territory anyway. Network Partners get full concierge exclusivity — every qualified job in their trade, routed first — before their card edition prints, at a reduced rate, with first right to the slot when it launches. The booked-job floor doesn't apply before a card mails; what a Network Partner holds instead is the locked rate and first right to the slot. Until the network's first card mails, Network Partner is reservation-only — we show you the tier and the rate, lock both, and take no payment until routing goes live in your territory. The math

One job covers it. Three is the target.

At a $5,000 average job, one booked job a month pays for the territory. Three — our working target for every partner — is roughly $15,000 in booked work against $2,500. The direct-mail benchmarks below are the industry's numbers, not our promises; the tracked line means you'll never have to take anyone's word for it, including ours.

1–2%
Typical response rate on cold prospect direct mail — to the whole card. Twelve trades share it; homeowners respond to the trade they need right now. (ANA/DMA; oversize formats trend high.)
20–30%
Of qualified phone leads convert to a closed home-services job. Common industry benchmark across trades.
80%+
Of postcard mail is read or scanned in the first 24 hours. Compare to ~20% email open rate.
What that means in your phone

What a Territory Partner should plan on, per month:

Follow the funnel all the way down: the card's responses split across twelve trades, and the concierge filters your trade's share — browsers, wrong-scope jobs, bad numbers — before anything reaches you. What's left is smaller than a solo mailer's gross response count, and worth far more per call.

10–15
Qualified leads — homeowners the concierge has already vetted and routed to you alone. Not raw responses, not shared numbers.
3
Booked jobs — the working target, applying the close-rate benchmark above to that lead flow.
2
Booked jobs — the guaranteed floor. Land under it and the next month is credited.

Planning estimates from industry data, scaled to a three-territory holding of roughly 33,000 homes — a single territory plans on roughly 3–6 leads, the full metro 30–45. Response is a function of the roster and the housing stock, so it varies by territory as well as by trade. Actual results vary by trade, season, and offer strength, and early months run below the mature range while the card compounds. The estimate is math; only the floor is a promise.

The guarantee

Fewer than two booked jobs in a month, and the next month is on us.

We can make that promise because we control the routing. If the concierge and the card don't put at least two booked jobs in your calendar in a calendar month, the following month is credited. The floor scales with the tier — one booked job at Zone, two at Territory, five at Metro. The booked-job floor begins the first full calendar month after your territory's first card mails — routing starts earlier, in week 3. No claim forms — we see the same tracked numbers you do.

Why this matters for home services

Owner-occupied, high-equity, financially stable, no distress, no plans to move. That's the household that schedules the work instead of pricing it three times — and pays without flinching.

The standard

Money doesn't skip the vetting.

Territory partners aren't advertisers we vet — they're the pros the entire homeowner promise depends on. Every partner passes the same 20-point standard homeowners read before they trust us, and holds it monthly. The standard runs before the invoice: you're vetted first and billed only after you pass. The 210 Standard →

The card

The card that feeds the concierge.

Heavy 6.5×11, twelve slots, one per trade, built to hold the fridge until the day they need you. Slot sizes, editions, and print specs live on their own page. See the card →

Who it's for

70 trades. Twelve card slots. Room for both.

The card carries twelve trades per edition — but twelve slots is the card's limit, not the network's. Every trade below can hold routing exclusivity in a territory today as a Network Partner, with first right to a card slot when its edition prints. One company per trade, per territory. Whoever signs first holds it.

Territories are first-come among pros who pass the standard — one per trade. Once your trade is held in a territory, the next opening is another territory — or the wait list.

Before you sign

What pros ask us first.

Three adjoining territories (roughly 33,000 screened, owner-occupied homes), your slot on every monthly mailing there, every qualified concierge job in your trade routed to you first, the vetted badge, and a tracked line that proves the whole thing. One mid-size job covers it.

One roofer per territory. Yours is either open right now — or it isn't.
