The card that feeds the concierge.

Heavy 6.5×11 · 12 slots · one per trade · built to hold the fridge Mailed monthly · thousands of screened, owner-occupied homes per territory

The format

This is what the card looks like.

Twelve trades, one company each, no competitor anywhere on it. It does not fit in a stack of standard mail — which is the point.

6.5 × 11 in. · 14pt UV-gloss · 12 slots in 6 sizes · every slot carries your logo, your offer, your dedicated tracking number, and your QR code — set in the card's design, with list, postage, and print handled. Nothing for you to build, nothing to approve.

Editions

Twelve slots per card. Seventy trades in the network.

A card only stays uncrowded at twelve slots — so the network mails in editions. Each edition carries twelve trades, one company each, and editions alternate cycles so the 210 card lands more often, never louder. Rosters are tuned to the territory: acreage territories carry septic and wells; newer builds carry turf and epoxy. Trades waiting on an edition hold their territory as Network Partners — full concierge routing now, first right to the slot at launch.

Slot map · à-la-carte rates

Twelve slots. Six sizes.

Per-slot rates below are per territory, per mailing, for single-slot buys, shown by territory band. The band follows the housing stock — bigger homes and bigger tickets price higher, the newest tight-lot streets price lower — and every territory page says which band it's in and why. Territory partnership bundles the slot with exclusive concierge routing on a flat monthly rate, which is how most pros hold it.

Reaching one of these households runs ~$0.90 on search ads and ~$0.96 mailing solo. Twelve trades splitting one card, one list, and one postage bill is why your slot costs what it does. Shared print is the whole trick.

The spec

What we need from you. All of it.

Every slot is set in the card's single design language — your materials drop into a fixed template. That's why the whole list is two items and a payment method, and why your slot can make the next edition instead of waiting on a design cycle.

Your logo

Vector (SVG, EPS, or PDF) is best. No vector file? A PNG at 1,000px wide or better on a transparent background works. If what you have won't reproduce cleanly at card size, we set your business name in the card's typeface — no delay, no back-and-forth.

Your offer

One headline and one supporting line, set in the card's template. Fixed template means fixed counts: Hero slots — headline to 40 characters, supporting line to 90. Wide — 32 and 70. Standard — 28 and 60. Compact — one line to 45. Footer — one line to 40. We'll tighten copy that runs over; you'll see the counts before you send.

That's the list

Payment aside, there is no third item. Your dedicated tracking number and dynamic QR code are generated on our side, and the design is already done. Most channels hand you a production checklist; this one hands you two file uploads.
